Specially designed for the next generation of advertising leaders, NEXT is a 3-day training where participants will attain a greater awareness on:
- How they operate
- How they make decisions
- What strengths they bring out in a crisis
- And how far they live the values they believe in
This presents an opportunity for them to review and reinvent themselves for the bigger challenges ahead.
This training is open to Client Service Directors, Senior Account Directors, Creative Directors, Creative Group Heads, Finance and Admin Seniors.
NEXT will enable them to be more aware, more courageous, and more grounded as leaders.
