Constant running around can leave the Account Manager feeling like a hamster in a wheel. This workshop raises the Account Manager’s sights to see a bigger picture and equips them to make the transition from mere running to managing. They will fully understand the magnitude and importance of their role and develop the soft skills with which respected professionals carry themselves.

The workshop begins with an in -depth exploration of the account manager’s role and the expectations that come along with it. Par ticipants will be guided to discover their own strengths that enable them to stand steady in the face of turmoil. |
| Module 2: | Yes, you can turn ferocious clients into your allies.
Pressure and stress can turn people into monsters. In this module, participants will understand how they can work with difficult monsters and maybe even ‘tame’ them! Using the principles of ‘Deliver, Defuse and Delight’ participants will be guided to explore how they can apply this to earn their clients’ trust and respect. |
| Module 3: | Getting them to see your POV
The ‘PDIOS’ tool for resolving conflict will be introduced and participants will be guided to practise using it. |
